About Game

Everyone in the party has died! Nothing beside remains! Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare the lone and level sands stretch far away!<em>Independence, Missouri</em> was made for the itch.io Mystic Western Game Jam over the course of two weeks. It is based on the classic 1970s educational game The Oregon Trail along with the classic Percy Bysshe Shelley poem Ozymandias.You can read anything I've written about making <em>Independence, Missouri</em> on my blog.
