Welcome to SSL, one of Limbo's many offices! Taking control of our protagonist, Nine, you must serve your sentence by taking on support calls from denizens of the multiverse.  <ul><li>Help, harm, or hinder clients - then find out later how you impacted their lives</li><li>Chat with your fellow operators during break time and get to know them better</li><li>Try your luck dialling numbers on your desk phone (and discover hidden numbers throughout the game)</li><li>Play with your booth's PC</li><li>34 CGs to unlock in the gallery (56 including variations)</li><li>Full English voice acting with realistic telephone calls (audio is designed for headphones)</li><li>Choose between a feminine or a masculine voice for your manager</li><li>9 different endings depending on your choices (6 bad ends, 1 'true' end, and 2 secret ends)</li><li>Gender-neutral protagonist</li></ul> Limbo Line contains a combination of dark humour and psychological horror.
