About Game

Sun-Sanity is a 2D platforming collectathon that takes place in space! Play as Space Guy as he blasts his way through enemies to collect as many Suns as he can! This tech demo/proof of concept translates the collectathon gameplay of Banjo-Kazooie and Super Mario 64 into a 2D environment. This demo includes 2 levels. The original release was on GameJolt in 2019, but the 2022 release on Itch.io is updated with music from the "Niko and the Cubic Curse OST" and adds an experimental browser version!
